Blog Nutrition and Hydration - How much do you need?

At The Fixed Wheel we deal with all types of athletes from road cycling, Triathlon, Multi Sport and MTB. While all these athletes have different requirements in relation to equipment and training they all ask the same question when it comes to hydration and nutrition. Our general guide is that under training and racing an endurance athlete requires between 60-90g of carbohydrate per hour and 1.5-2.0ltrs of fluid.
