An independent bike shop in bowral

Could not recommend a better bike store. Excellent customer service with a super-knowledgable team. They lack the pretension and know-it-all-ism that is so common amongst bike stores these days. The team speak to you like a human and aren't going to roll their eyes when you don't understand something. They went about explaining things in layman's terms and not making me feel bad for not knowing. Super fast on repairs, even during their busy period. They have a great selection of accessories and products but if something isn't in stock, they'll go out of their way to find the supplier and call it in for you! I don't write many reviews but I had to here. These guys deserve all my kudos and then some. Thanks Team!!

I am writing to convey my thanks for the exceptional service that I received from the team at The Fixed Wheel. I had a General Service carried out on my bike including having the front derailleur cable repaired. Riding away from the workshop, the bike felt brand new again while the front derailleur operation was the best it has ever been.
